Inspection is where small issues get removed before they become expensive delays on site. Our inspection process focuses on what matters in real operations: consistent dimensions, clean finishing, stable structure, and interfaces that align smoothly during installation.

Scope

  • Dimensional checks against approved drawings (critical lengths, heights, openings)
  • Finish inspection (weld quality, polishing consistency, edge treatment)
  • Structural stability checks (frame rigidity, leg alignment, anti-wobble)
  • Functional checks (drawer/door operation, shelf alignment, access panels)
  • Packing-readiness review (surface protection and corner/edge guarding)

What We Focus On

  • Fit accuracy: key interfaces match site and equipment requirements
  • Uniform finish: consistent grain / polish direction and clean transitions
  • Safety details: deburred edges, safe corners, stable supports
  • Operational usability: smooth movement, practical access, tidy junctions
  • On-site efficiency: reduce rework by catching issues before shipping

Deliverables

  • QC checklist completion (key items verified)
  • Photo records for critical points (optional, when needed)
  • Issue correction loop before packing (if any adjustments required)
  • “Ready-to-ship / Ready-to-install” confirmation

Result

Consistent stainless quality that installs faster, looks cleaner, and performs reliably—because the details were verified before delivery.
